Are Sagi's flaky?

I have this male Sag friend who always wants to make plans with me. It never fails...we make plans and then he has to cancel them for some reason or another. It's really quite annoying and makes me not want to make plans with him. Is this a typical male Sagi trait? I know it's not just me...he does this with everyone.

Wow...so true with him! It's starting to piss me off as a managed Aries. I plan a lot and expect people to keep their plans. I can understand every now and then, but it's ALL THE TIME!

Yeah I don't like to consider myself flaky...but formal plans make me really uncomfortable. I can't really explain it.

I hate letting people down...so most of the time I just wont make plans with anyone...I just say "I'll give you a call" or "I'll let you know."
But then there's those persistent types that really won't take that for an answer - my taurus and cap friends - I always get sucked into these "commitments." & sadly I do flake out on those alot :/ basically because when the time comes I just don't feel like it anymore.

I know. It really is annoying.

Yeah, I think this is exactly what he does. He's also does the houdini thing...ya know...disapears during the evening and ends up going home. He doesn't do it a lot with me, but he has before and I was like WTF is this? You know you can just say goodbye!

maybe with male sags? the male sag i know is SUPER flaky. he is hard to get a hold of too which doesn't sit well when he's in the band i manage. the sag female i know is the exact opposite. she actually gets pissed off if ppl are flaky and don't follow through.

i don't think they are flaky at all
