Anyone have tips on how to control our quick and restless natures?

I want to learn how to censor myself, and not be so trusting without losing the optimism 🙂

keep doing what you think you need to control until you have no choice but to accept that its ruining your life and/or jus keep doing it till you die..if you really want to control yourself you'll find a way
