I've had a feeling that change is imminent.
I have a stellium in my first house, Sag, and I'm pretty freaked out about this upcoming transit.
Saturn has been a total b*tch to me these past years in my 12th house...
I'm hopeful but scared

What to expect—

Well...let me know when you find out 😈.

Saturn is not yet into my first house, but something is changing already. I "evolved" from wasting money to saving money over the last few months. Firstly, I looked into my vast wardrobe and asked myself what was I thinking when buying so many things. What do I need designer clothes for. Surely I could find other ways to stand out if I want to. I went so far as selling some of them on Ebay.

Now I'm thinking about strange things like paying my mortgage off, and investing in stocks and shares. For the first time in my life, I made a spread sheet of my yearly spending and figured out where I could save money.

Not sure if this need for security and frugality are Saturn-related, however I can't explain them, since they seem to come from inside me, rather than being triggered by something in my near environment.

@hnq,
I assume you were born on 11/23/1995. You gave us this information:
Sun Sagittarius 0.27
Mercury Sagittarius 0.28
Pluto Sagittarius 0.31

Today we have Saturn in Scorpio in 27??. So you shall be touched by Saturn transit from now on.
It continues to June 2015. Because of games of direct vs. retrograde for Saggy Saturn in 2015.

I have a similar situation. Saturn in Scorpio transitted my 12th house with two planets there.

Once I was lost in the mountains and I was alone and it was about sunrise. (speak the next minute it was DARK) No moonlight.

I tried to find my way from the top to the next village while
1. I had many many thoughts what's correct to do,
2. many many thoughts on blaming my dumbness,
3. many many thoughts how it could end bad for me (accident, animals, horny strangers).

At the end I was in the village. I was well off. And nothing bad happened to me. Well, my jeans were wet and muddy. And I got a low voltage electrical shock when passing a ranch.

#1 made it. Not #2 and #3.

first time Saturn transitted my first house it started with finishing a confusing first love (communication) with a Pices man. A few months later I started my life far from family. I had to master every problem from everyday life details to the long term goals.

At the end of the transit everything was done well. I was at the successful start of my student life abroad.

Summary:
Do what is needed to be done. And you get the right results.
I must say that my Jupiter in Aries is a big help for my Mars and other Sag planets.

Of course I have a lot of thanks for all the support and help of my father, mother, Cancer brother and Virgo sister.

[btw I don't see the two 3/4 posts. If they get visible I'll hide one.]

Only one third of my thoughts (see 1 above) saved me. Not 2 and 3.

[well, I guess I used a Special key sign and that is the reason why the previous 3/4 posts are not shown. anyway]

Do you have an empty 7th house too?

It seems to be justice by the nature. One gets lots of Sag placements alongside with an empty 7th house. We are not made to worry about marriage, are we?

@Undine I absolutely will! I'm excited/anxious for the process
Wow Saturn is treating you well! Effortless responsibility is something we all wish for!! Good for you.

@DwellingOnMove
This is crazy... I just got out of my first real relationship with a Pisces man too. It was such a roller coaster... almost borderline abusive.
You have just reassured me, thank you so much! Crazy how similar our situations are... I've been thinking about going to school in a different city next year.
Do you think having jupiter in sagittarius would negatively affect the process or save me?

My mom brother sister and I are all born in the week of 20-28 November. It can be pretty crazy. Were still growing as a family I guess

Thats eye-opening, I'm definitely going to be growing up these next few years. I'll admit, I'm not too confident, and tend to stay quiet...
I want to break out of my shell!

I do have an empty 7th house. Ahahahaha I totally agree. I feel like the worst kind of lover

I'm so happy that it helped you. 😄

Of course with Jupiter transitting Leo you have a better time (big Support). So tranist Jupiter trines natal Jup. And this is good.

"I'm not too confident, and tend to stay quiet... "
You know what? I like myself better in my old, innocent days.

Empty 7th house could mean you should not worry about one-one-partnerships. Either nothing happens and you are all right. Or if somethings happen, it'll need little effort. No gurantee. only inclinations.

Soo does having several planets in my first house mean I have to worry about myself... a lot?

LOL, a super good question.
I don't know cause I am as good as everybody else on this site. But I think you have only your personal/prominent planets there. And they are supported by Jupiter. That sounds ok enough.

But you could take care of Sap temper, bluntness and big ego for that matter. Mars in first, you know?

I have got 0 28 of Sag rising and Saturn at 19 07 of Sag so this very much concerns me. As you might imagine I am/have been going through some major stresses/changes in my life recently and the next year or two (until my second Saturn return) are sure to see further major developments. Basically my father started going downhill two years or so ago (including a worsening of his dementia) and after having been looked after 24/7 by my sister and myself (in turns) died back in April of this year just short of his 90th birthday (our mother died in 2009). However this does mean that we are about to share the inheritance arising from the sale of the family home (Saturn=property, also the ruler of my second house). I am likely to be buying a house next year with some of this money but before that (in January) I am due to have a double hernia operation which in fact is the main thing that is preoccupying me at the moment.

The other thing about this transit is that my ex-partner and son are both Sags (and both French and living in France - we see each other about three times a year) so I am sure that this transit (Saturn through Sag) will affect us all majorly (especially perhaps my son who has five planets in Sag!)

@virgodog58 Wow a lot of development in your family! It should all happen for the greater good in the end. And I'm sorry about your parents! Hope all is well. Good luck on your operation! I can relate to your son as I have 7 planets in Sagg; if he's as positive as I am, we'll be A-OK :-)

Ahh interesting, what year was he born if I may ask?
I have a feeling I may have worded the title of this discussion wrong... I just recently learned that planets were in houses at the time that I was born.
I made a rookie mistake... All my Sag planets are actually in my third house but Sag is my first house!

No worries at all! I'm learning new things about my birth chart every day! Does this change the effects of Saturn in sag for me?

Well Saturn in 3rd would suggest challenges/difficulties/issues to do with communication/siblings/ neighbours/education. Not necessarily issues with intelligence or whatever but could be to do with verbal expression for example. With regard to Saturn in Sag in general I have this myself but am probably a different generation from you (born 1958): in fact I have it rising in Sag so it important to me. One thing I think it may be to do with is having a religious upbringing: does that apply to you? Back in the day when I was growing up it was more common (here in the UK) to have a religiously-influenced upbringing and because of my mother I had to attend church on a regular basis. Unfortunately I don't think it has been a particularly positive influence on my life but its influence seems to have stayed with me and I still seem to think a lot about the afterlife etc. 😢

@virgodog58
Thank you! This does apply to me, my parents are very religious!
I am a Christian but I don't really make time to go to church.
However, I pray every night and I have a really strong personal relationship with God.
Ahhh we'll keep us updated with what you're going through spiritually :-)

@sagatastic
Nice, good luck! Ahah that's always fun, choose wisely
