stale chips = deal breaker?
@Ligeia nope, she's aqua ... and yes, I'm messy sag (although 15 in married life did clean me up a bit ... I find it odd that I do like to keep my place somewhat together still.) ... anyway, me complaining about a girl being messy was super funny to my niece because she remembers how messy I was growing up.
idk, i keep clips on deck and ziplock bags to keep my oatmeal cookies fresh and doritos sweet and spicy crisp!!

I just throw bags of chips in a drawer, keep em air fresh.I also dont bother to put the toilet paper on the dispenser . My underwear never makes it to a drawer it stays in a laundry bag, i wear it , it goes to another. who cares

yea you have to bring this up. if we dont know we are doing something to irritate you how are we going to change. and your right she is off in her own little world. thats how my damn oreos got stale. i wanted those so bad. dammit. i didnt put the little flap thingy back on it. grrrrr. i was doing three things at once.

Lmfbao this sounds like an everyday argument from my sag man.....us aquas can be absentminded and if this bothers you now you're going to have plenty arguments in the future. I laugh on the inside everytime he trys to confront me like a drill sargent about those little things. My response, "You could save a whole lot of arguments, time and energy if you just do it yourself." He's a neat freak I'm not he knew this before he asked me to live with him now he just needs to adjust to it.

We had a little talk and she started giving me a little attitude about don't expect her to be domesticated. I said that I don't expect that, but just for her to make a contribution from time to time. I think it went well ... actually we discussed something that had me waaaaay more upset. She had no clue. It's so funny, when she's focused on someone, she can see through them like a crystal ball ... other times, she seems completely oblivious to things that I would think a normal person would be attuned to.
As far as the little stuff goes, we could hire a maid someday if it gets to be a problem.
She needs a tether so she doesn't float off ... but with a lot of slack 'cause she's worse than me about needing to be free.

I'm a neat freak and probably a nightmare for many to live with, although I do sometimes get lazy and my freshly washed laundry doesn't always make into their rightful places ALL the time, BUT it is always folded neatly somewhere in a corner somewhere 😄
Everything has a place, that's how I see it!
Ahh I said 'neat freak', thinking about it, this isn't totally true! Everything looks neat to the naked eye but if you open a few drawers you'll soon see that it's bursting at the seams most times or 'slightly' untidy, LOL!

the packaging company should come with some 'self-seal' invention, like magnetic bags.
with underwear that is not put away into the laundry basket -- would annoy me too -- but lately I forget them in my pants and they get pushed out the next day when I wear my pants again. They've become a pile in one place now.

My niece came into town and so I took her to dinner last night. We were talking about my new girlfriend, and I was talking about how messy she is. My niece was laughing at that and saying if she's messy now at the beginning of the relationship, that I might not be able to handle it later.
It's funny, the one thing that bugged me just a little was that my gf doesn't bother to wrap up a bag of chips so they don't go stale. Then, this morning, I'm going for a bowl of cereal, and same thing. She didn't fold the bag down and now my cereal is stale.
I dunno, this could be it...
