ESA’s Rosetta today witnessed Comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko making its closest approach to the Sun. The exact moment of perihelion occurred at 02:03 GMT this morning when the comet came within 186 million km of the Sun.

Young 'alien Jupiter' planet discovered

Image Not Found

A planet 100 light-years away resembles an infant version of Jupiter, astronomers say.

The new world, known as 51 Eridani b, is only 20 million years old - a toddler by astronomical standards.

"This planet really could have formed the same way Jupiter did; the whole solar system could be a lot like ours," said co-author Bruce Macintosh, from Stanford University's Kavli Institute.

The new gas giant is roughly twice the mass of Jupiter. Until now, the gas giant planets that have been directly detected have been much larger - five to 13 times Jupiter's mass.

It orbits a little further from its parent star than Saturn does from the Sun and has a temperature of 430C (800F), hot enough to melt lead, but still rather cold compared with other alien gas giants, which reach temperatures above 540C (1,000F).

And here I thought Blood Red Rubies were a Scorpios stone Mr. Bird 🙂

"Opal is the stone of the mystic, shaman, artist, and healer in all of us. It is a stone for support during times of transition and intense change."

I like that.
Wynter (and Nemy),
I must say that this period in my life is, indeed an intense period for me, personally. Extremely intense.
I cannot quite find the words for what I am experiencing, but in a short nutshell - it's like on the verge of going super-nova.
Life is about to take a turn I haven't been, before. Again, beyond my ability to describe. At present, it's like staring into the abyss
having no roadmap or hard and fast rules.

Another way to put it, a metaphor if you will, albeit, not the best metaphor, I am kinda like what you see in this clip - I am both of
them and..... the fireball itself:

Phoenix: Rising from the Ashes
A keyword for Scorpio is “transformation.” I like to think of Scorpio—like Pluto—as a phoenix rising from the ashes. Scorpios have the ability to deeply transform themselves and their lives through their determined focus on their goals and their intuitive understanding. They use the natural cycle of endings and new beginnings to further their aims.

Scorpios do well in any profession that involves research and uncovering new or hidden information, such as detective, medical researcher, or scientist. A Scorpio would make a great spy!

Maybe so. Think I'll take up archery.
