Yea i wrote this when i was feeling down about something...i didnt want to seem like i was rambling so i just tried to hide it.
But ive noticed i get this way a lot. If i get excited about something or hopeful, that usually means somethings up. 'its too good to be true...dam it' smh.lol
I can relate to that too. Especially when I get overconfident (Sun-Jupiter square).
I agree with inmercury.
Optimism is what gets me out of bed everyday, I love looking forward to what life has to offer. I'm always expecting it to be good...and when its not, well ...
tomorrow is another day 🙂
I am too optimistic about relationships! Sometimes it's definitely not right for me, but I still give it a chance and stay, hoping it will change. Maybe it's because mutables change all the time, we think others do too??
In terms of work and school I feel that my optimism translates to patience which works most of the time.
In general, I love the feeling of optimism, and that no matter what happens, things will be ok 🙂
@Lhasa
Its cool, no worries 🙂 Yea i would say that when it doesnt work out, im kind of floored...and then im like 'oh well stupid me i should of known'...I tend to beat myself up about it afterwards for awhile. I have venus in Cap so idk maybe thats why?
Yea ive been burned before. It's like the things that ive really wanted, rarely ever come to me...but the things that i dont really think of, or considered always do. It's like 'wtf is going on?' lol. Yea theres times where i do get what i want, but why is it when i never think about it or try to get it does that happen—
Oh lord, idk if that makes any sense now.........
You can never be too.optimistic. Optimism brings hope. Hope brings faith. Faith causes you to move in that right direction
Definitely can relate.
I think the larger problem is that we expect way more from the world than is maybe possible, yet we can't see any reason why it shouldn't be so. Therefore, when things go wrong, it's not only disappointing but we can't even understand why it should be that way. And then maybe we start to second-guess everything we did leading up to that event(s) and wonder if we could have changed the outcome. Seems to be a continuous cycle.

Are you kidding me? That is one of the sag's best qualities! That's coming from me, a Virgo who is a major if not the biggest pessimist. The high hopes allow you to follow your passions and you guys are known for achievements. All my sag friends have accomplished way more than I have ever done. So don't be so hard on yourselves. I wish I could have an ounce of the confidence you have.
this is such a nice thing to say

My rising and moon are both in Sagittarius and I must agree... I hate that I am so optimistic about an opportunity, only to be let down in the end. This doesn't happen all of the time, but when it does, it hits me hard... probably due to my sun being in Capricorn ... and us Capricorns know how to beat ourselves up. lol
