Yeah but that's not cool though. I didn't even fire the first shot, nor was it my mess. I just went it there to put the right to the wrong. I used to be a runner until injury a few years ago. I have some pretty monster quads, calves .....and glutes. I also lift quiet a bit too. What do you run?? I have done several 5K, 10K, and 3 half marathons. I am doing a sprint tri-athlon next month.

It is really rewarding work. I do know reflexolgoy, but I am not certified in it, but I do use on my clients when they have internal stuff going on. I never believed in reflexology until I really started working it ....it is really cool when you can see what issues are going on with someone by simply working their feet.

BTW - I would suggest getting foam rollers for your IT Band ...that was the injury I had. ooooooo and yoga Saved my legs!!! My injury occured after I did what was called the slacker half marathon. Most of it is downhill. I thought ...no problem I can do this. It was the worst thing I ever did for my legs. After that race I had Planters Fascitis (sp?) and that is when my IT band started to strain.....painful!!!

Darling we can remove that chi blockage!!! This may sound hokey but if you place your palms over each chakra especially the crown, third eye,throat, heart and solar plexus, and do deep breathing ....with the focus of the energy from your hands, you can pretty much give yourself a Reiki session. Even just deep focused breathing is amazing on chi.

That is the more reason to do it. Yeah ...when I started Yoga ....downward dog was even hard. Got to watch that IT Band ...usually culprit of knee injuries. ooooo and tight glutes. I thought ....wow look at me ....I have a tight hard, ass ......it was a hurting ass. Yeah runners will usually hurt from the glutes, IT Band, and lots of calve / achilles tendon injury. I like for my muscles to be nice, soft, and limber now. I try not to allow them to get too much lactic acid built up. Also massage ...massage if you work out really hard. I am not just saying that because I am a therapist, it really does help prevent injury and keep muscles nice and supple.

Soy peruano/I'm peruvian. I prefer the strings of the Peruvian Guitar though 😉 Mariachis got nothing on us :p
P.S I understand that the show and guitarist are Argentine but the song ("La Flor de la Canela/Cinnamon Flower") itself and everything else that is making him a highlight are Peruvian. All it's lacking is the vocals though, but it still sounds pleasing to the ears.

You seem to be holding an M4 with an ACOG and pistol grip attached to it. Some of us use ACOGs once we zero them, and some of use even use EOTechs, but most of have M68s on our weapon systems.

Correct ew, it's an acog plus the red dot dr optic for close range sighted in for 25 ft, great scope, like shooting fish in a barrel at 100 yards as I'm sure you know. The foregrip is the same retractable bi-pod you guys use over there🙂
M4's are our standard weapon systems. Do you know that if you place black tape along the mercury lining on top of an ACOG, you can blacken your red sight/optics? This is good for reducing the glare of the red optics in well lit environments.

It's actually a tritium illumination tube, a radioactive isotope of hydrogen, kinda looks like a mercury tube though.
My version is all black crosshairs in daylight, the bullet drop compensator illuminates red in low light conditions, it's amazing how bright it is in almost zero light. Haven't had an issue with glare so far, maybe it's particular to certain versions as there are many.

We use several different types of ACOGs as well. But our sights seem to differ from the one you've described. Does yours contain an arrow with its head pointing vertically, including marked increments?
