I think you should leave the situation as is. Just avoid her as much as possible, and bring other friends if she gets you alone.
You can't really say "I find you boring." That is too mean.
You could start a fight with her, and scream at her. That would be a convenient excuse to end your friendship -- over a pretend disagreement.
I have an Aries girlfriend who used to bore the piss out of me with her stories about the bagboys she flirted with in the grocery store. But I listened anyway, because we were exercising together and both got something out of the arrangement.
Now I think she's bored with me, because we don't get together anymore. Go figure.
There's another thought -- why don't you only meet up to jog or do something useful like that? Then your time together won't be wasted.
