I came across a Scorpio briefly, and found his brain was racing like plane.... It stressed me out, also nerve-wrecking because he seemed constantly be thinking of something(s), but rarely let out what he was thinking.
It didn't seem any way I tried to help him relax has worked. He was like a steaming train going into many directions in speed of lightening.

How does a Scorpio calm their mind? Or do they never? Do they get burned out that way?

Agree. They most of times appear to be impressively calm and smooth. But you can actually feel the lava running inside of them... boiling. That's what makes people feel tense around them. Lol. But their eyes tell everything.
About this 'presence' thing with Scorpios.... definitely there is such kind of thing. That kind of presence feels solid, but with wind and water mingled together and dancing inside the solidity. .. different from the real solid form. It feels like an aged rock in the bottom of ocean.
Glad to know that Scorpios have ways to relax.... feel pains for them. They are remarkable souls... truly remarkable. Deep and wise and curious like a child. Many layers... one after another, never the end, and the core is gold. That's where the observers feel pain for them when they are under stress. But seems that they can handle those just fine..... eventually. lol. Oh well.

Yes, we, scorpios, are having racing minds. Personally I worry about many things and that keeps my mind busy all the time. What you can do to rest you scorpio man is replace bad thoughts with good, pleasant ones. When a woman does this with me it makes me extremely optimist, calm and happy. I feel reborn!

Plus a scorpio man will share his goods thoughts easily, but will never reveal his dark or bad thoughts. Make him feel secure.
Thank you. Makes much sense.
