How to tell if someone is your twin flame?

Has anyone experienced or know someone who has experienced this and could shed light on what it feels like?

I think a lot of people use "twin flame" to justify some delusion that has taken hold of them. It's always linked with drama and never with a happy ever after.

I can't discriminate. What about triplet flame? quadruple flame? etc.

For me, we're all made of star dust so everyone you meet has that feelings of soulmate potential. The shadow that follows us through life is our soulmate, cuz they never leave you the hell alone til you draw your last breath.

Those that believe in it strongly or have met one..I'm happy for you 🙂.

I won't call what I feel a twin flame if it is associated with grandeur delusion and dissapointment. It's just the strongest and closest attachment I have ever felt for a person. I guess more than anything it is the scorpio-scorpio pull which is the most beautiful and horrible thing I ever felt.

No, I'm saying it depends on what you use to gauge. We assume it is another person.

What if it's something tied to our growth and evolvement, something we crave to feel complete in ourselves. It's entirely subjective.

But I always see it with people and things that never come to realize. Never heard a married couple go on and on about twin flames and soulmates. They might say "Well my wife, she's my soulmate". But in general I see it as a projection of one person's feelings.

I feel so much about this person because they triggered something within me..they must be my soulmate. No, maybe someone else would trigger other things. And that connection you feel will depend on where you're at in your life, how strong the infatuation is etc.

Since it's subjective, you can make whatever you want with it.

For me, with every person that meant a lot, be it friend or lover, I felt like a lightning bolt hit me and traveled through my spine. But it's just moments in time in the end. To see it as so important, it would have to stick forever. So I think that soulmate is within me 🙂

Don't laugh at me or think me wacko, but I have at times r able to utilize a gift where I have dreams that come into frutation. I have predicted future events family members deaths and saw myself in places that I have never been until weeks or months into the future. I've also heard voices and seen things move without provocation. It's a weird thing but I do not FEAR it. It's been happening for too long.

Regarding the guy. I dreampt that I gave birth to a new born that looked very similar to him and I loved her uncontrollably. I ached for her and was anxious over her. It was a feeling like no other. I was overwhelmed. I hadn't met the guy at the time of the dream. I had met him a month or so later.

Also, it's very very rare for you to meet your twin flame and you might not ever see them until your last life when you've fully matured. There's other hints that go along with twin flames, too, but I don't think I need to list them.

Soul mates are those that come in to you life to teach you a lesson and then often leave. They're for growing experiences and they're souls that are often on similar life paths to your own. These you may see in many of your past lives. Not limited to romantic partners.

Then there's plain old love that can be really strong and deep regardless of any spiritual connection.

I don't think I need to insert any more of an opinion here since I haven't seen your other posts and it doesn't sound like an opinion would be taken to heart. But, I'll leave you with what I know and have heard.

the difference between twin flame and karmic connection is simple: is it work? if so, he's not your twin flame. A twin flame or soul mate feels like home, your energy flows easily together, smething makes sense. On a soul level.

Karmic connections are similar in feeling to this - you may have spent other lives trying to right your karmic debt to each other. But essentially, the same bad patterns will keep hapening between you, it will feel like work, one will love more than the other... Not sure if these types of intense connections work out.

Anything is possible 🙂 If mutual effort to try is agreed.

Initially I was just inquiring, it wasn't about him. I was more fascinated with the actual meaning than how I could apply it to myself. It doesn't matter whether I'm talking about someone in particular or no one at all. This is irrelevant considering this guy wasn't even brought into the discussion until exoskeleton mentioned him.

What about connecting with someone on a level where you don't even have to speak about something. That someone already knows what you're thinking before you even say it. Or when you're both exhausted and all you do embrace each other.... You both reach for each other for at the same time.... And... I'm done. It just felt good to say that. But what I like the most is the intensity I get from staring in his eyes. I love actions with out words. Even though we're far apart, I still can picture his eyes and it gets deep when I think about him. Now, what is he to me? My twin flame or my soulmate? Who knows..

This is exactly how it feels. Its like heaven.. If I only knew what heaven really felt like.... 🙂

And hell is when your apart or in the early stages when both people are unsure and no one's willing to make a move in order to protect themselves. So yall both play the waiting game or awkward tip toeing around each other while also trying to mask the feelings you have. Ah it's agony.
