I have 2 questions about Scorpio men. Can someone please answer me?

Short Answer to your first question...

Long Answer-
I have a friend that was sad and depressed the other day and I tried cheering her up, and we spoke and she alright. Why I did it, because I consider her close not because I have feelings for her. Your best bet is to ask him directly.
In a few cases, it may happen that he has feelings BUT only in a few.. BETTER ASK HIM.
Second Answer
They do mean it in some cases. They can also be saying it in a light way.
I am in LDR with a girl , I met online and we had chemistry, one day I told her the same thing, she was taking it lightly. 3 months later , I gave her the surprise and met her in her city, she shell shocked and blushing the entire time. She told me she was not expecting me to be here. I replied - That is what I do, I give surprises. 😄
So you decide for yourself depending on your chats and the frequency of the chats. If a Scorpio feels deeply he would definitely come, otherwise he is blowing you off.
ASK him, you would know.

If a Scorpio tries to cheer you up when you're sad or down, could this mean he has feelings for you? One time I was feeling sad and he tried cheering me up and told me: "There's a lot of stuff you can do. If I were you I would go out more. Please don't be sad. it's not worth it". Him and I don't talk a lot so I'm surprised that he cared about how I felt and tried to make me feel better.
Question # 2
When a Scorpio says something to you, do they REALLY mean it? The guy lives 3 hours away from me. I had already met him in person but we live far. And he said to me: "One day I will come over to your city to visit you". But I don't know if he really meant it when he said it because at that time some guy was hitting on me and I felt that it bothered him and he seemed jealous. So I don't know if he said it just because another guy started talking to me or because he really meant it!!!
So do Scorpios play around or they REALLY mean what they say?
