Is Ur Secret Safe w/Scorpio?

I shared a secret w/ my Scorpio although he doesnt share any of his secrets with me. He says he does but a part of me just dont believe that. Heck, my dad was a Scorpio and the family knew he took alot with him to his grave. I hope that by me sharing my secret with my Scorpio him he will do the same oneday, or, openup to me more so we can connect on a different deeper level. Somehow I get the feelin he might betray me. I just really hope he does not. If he does I will definitely know.

I don't know why, but my scorp friend is very open with me, although I find I do have to ask a question more than once at times, but I am a scorp myself (the investigator). However, he asks a ton of questions.

I despise having my 'business' scattered around and do not repeat things that has been entrusted to me. So unless your scorp is a talkative gossipy ol' soul, I don't think you have much to worry about.

I so used to be like that when I was much younger but as you get older, gain some wisdom and know that you know longer have to use such childish tactics unless it is absolutely necessary 🙂 My sister who is a Taurus tells me all her secrets...people on my job tells me all there secrets hell their freaking life stories and I just listen...with me it help to gain a closeness a bond a really good friendship. My sister knows that I am not going to tell her secrets no matter how mad or upset she makes me. I know so much on some people that I can just call them out on it but I have learned to hold my tongue a bit more today then years ago.

I am quite sure your scorpio is telling you some of his secrets...you need to listen to him when he talks about himself or his past really listen. I don't just come out and say I have secrets to tell you I just say them in the course of a converstation if the subject relates and it is up to that person to pick up on it.

When I am with my Scrop friend and were talking I be spilling my guts to him and don't rmemeber what I said but he does and he repeats it back to me and I just laugh because I know he is all into...but if there is anything I want to know about him I just ask...I can tell if he is lying or not and he knows it so why lie just come out with it. There are somethings that I dont think he should know right know and when the time comes and if he ask me I will either tell him or tell him I do not want to talk about it right know only because I have to think about whether or not I can trust him with it or if I want to tell him at all and if I don't I will just say I dont' want to discuss that or don't ask me that, and they normally leave it alone.

Many times if I don't feel like talking or if I don't think it's somebody's business to know, I will answer with an 'I don't know' or 'I don't remember', type of answer. So, that may help in your trying to 'figure' him out!!

I think this is true for male or female.

scorpios usually keep secrets well.as far as i have seen,they wont tell even the obvious things about a person to another,unless,he has other agendas.a few of them might give a hint or two,but it wont be done for just the heck of it.
an occassional one might share the secret with a confidant,or he/she where knows it wont harm you in any way,or ruin anything for you.

I found that after being involved with a Gemini male, he was more than likely to spill anything and everything.(No offense to Gems)but the one I know has a hard time with keeping a lid on it!

Thanks everyone for ur response, SL, I agree when u say to listen to him and thats something I know I can do better,.I dont want to get to the point to whereas I'm looking for something in everthing he says. I want him to Open-Up forthcomming same as I can and we trust each other to share the inner most secrets. When you're talking to ur friend SL, are u sharing ur secrets in what you are saying at that time, or do you just Decide hey I trust this person I want to share this with them?

Roxi,my Scorpio is jus like that, he loves other ppl business but dont share his own. That is what causes me to want to keep quiet and not share anything,but what kind of relationship is that if we can't or onesided?

I share it at the time if there is a subject on it and I don't feel it to be that personal....I was tempted this weekend to tell him something that actually slipped and when he asked me to tell him I just said no I thought I wanted to talk about it but I still have more thinking to do on it first...and he left it alone....It was'nt really a secret it was a feeling actually that I thought I might confide in him about but then changed my mind.....

I did tell him a secret about me that I vary rarly tell people because I don't want to see the look on there face of concern...but I told him and he was shocked and concerned and I did not want to go through all the questioning of it..so I just told him the basics and then he asked a few questions and then I just said enough....and ended the conversation.

Yes if your scorp is into you and trust you he is definitely sharing with you his secrets. He does not let everyone into his inner world only a chosen few so like scorpionlady said you need to pick up on when he is sharing his secrets (hint: most likely in an intimate encounter). Scorps want you to be perceptive and read their minds since they do this so well to others.

Scorpios have an aura about them that makes you feel safe. I don't mind sharing my secrets with people because I know no harm can really come of it. If you open up you just gain trust in the other person. I don't know why people have such a hard time with it but each to their own as missmorals would say.

Of course there are things you shouldn't disclose like passwords to paypal accounts or your phone number, things like that. People may take advantage of that information. But if it's something like a past experiance, I understand why some wouldn't share but I personally don't mind telling a few.

I think it's also a difference in gender. Women lean more towards being secretive than men do.

Now why would secrets need to be held in confined walls? That is a pretty messed up individual, regardless of what sign... If they cannot tell their secrets to someone they hold dearly on a personal level...

This thread is hilarious .. the Scorpio is very intuitively based and thier secrets aren't a certain "thing" that is withheld .. their secret is that they interact with people using subtext.

He says he shares with you and he probably does .. you just don't recognize what he's saying because you believe it's a certain verbal statement that is descriptive ..

If he shares things with you, in which you don't believe, so therefore disregard because you think he might betray you .. then it's not him not sharing with you, rather, you not accepting that he's trying to tell you something.

One side of the mouth says not to trust him with a secret .. then the other says that he should trust me enough to open up.

One side of the mouth says that it's important to me to honor my choices (of confidence) and if not done so, then trust is lost .. then the other side of the mouth says "don't tell me what to do".

Everyone is coaching on NOT trusting the Scorpio, and the thing is .. if you stand loyally by their side, then they are the one person you CAN trust, above and beyond all others. But, in order to get this trust, you have to give it ..

You're welcome AS .. I know from personal experience. The one person to whom I know without a shadow of doubt that I can trust is a Scorpio .. for 16 years, we've stood loyally be each others side, through thick and thin .. utter trust in each other.

Sometimes he's an ass .. sometimes I am .. but, even still, he's never betrayed my trust, nor I him.

I think the secret keeping is also a matter who you are. Not only Scorpios can be trusted with your darkest chapters. But it also depends on the matter of the secrets and how important they are to a person and how they are delievered.

I am a Scorpio and in my opinion I say yes. Now I am mostly speaking for myself, however if I respect someone and I trust them I will keep their secret safe. One negative aspects of Scorpio's, at least for me, is that we can become vindictive and if you disrespect us or break our trust in you we are likely to use your secret against you. Now I just made us sound like vindictive jerks, so i'm sorry bout that. However if you tell us a secret and we trust you, we will keep it, and keep it well.

Hmmm...based purely on personal experience here:

I think it depends on how scorp feels about the person who told them the secret. If they respect you or like you, they'll keep your secret. If they are just pretending to like you because they have to work with you or something...your secret, ain't safe! But, chances are, you won't know they're just pretending to like you, either.

If telling your secret would give them a career advantage or anything...FORGET IT! It will be spilled in the next issue of the company newsletter. 🙂

Unless there's nothing to be personally gained by exposing the secret than yes your secret will be safe...otherwise I wouldn't. They're not big mouths on the whole, though some just are always on the look out for what little influence/power they can hold over another. How well do you know the person or anyone for that matter to confide something personal with them?
