Meh. Not my business. I don't know what has/hasn't been discussed and agreed upon between two people while their heads are on their pillow at night. Sharing body fluids with strangers may be their thing. I know a couple that enjoyed involving a third party in their marriage. She would pick a young man that she wanted to screw and invite him over while her husband watched. It worked for them. I was even approach by a couple once. Reversed scenerio. She wanted to watch while he did things she couldn't bring herself to do---she had interesting sexual hang ups and beliefs about "perversion". I passed.
I don't judge and wouldn't share feedback if I saw it. The only time I would intervene is when the person has asked for support to sort out the issue and leave the affair. I may get a little riled up if the person tries to come at it from a "oops I just happened to fall on his d*ck/slipped into her va jay jay" approach. Please. Address it from a honest place and I will provide the appropriate feedback, which is usually along the lines of being fair to the other party that has put their faith in the cheating party.
Don't involve me in your deceit though (e.g. "Oh I was with Phoenix hanging out). I won't air out your dirty laundry because I don't believe in betraying confidence for any reason, but you've crossed a line you can't step over again. The friendship would be over. I don't appreciate people dragging me into drama.

Merely because we carry off a calm demeanour as well as we do, those who are not in their right minds (which is most individuals), they tend to push on every single button possible as if they have no other care in the world. When in fact, we are simply tolerating them with a wish to keep the world moving and to finish our day on as positive a note as we can.
