Pride - good or bad?

Obviously it goes both ways, but to what degree?

Pride in the things you have accomplished in life is not a bad thing. If you have worked your a** off for 4 years to get a degree and find the perfect job, that is something to be proud of. Nothing wrong with that.

Pride isn't a bad thing. But it can be an obstacle for some people...

Speaking of the signs, I'd have to say Virgo. I say this because although they may not show it they truly do have a deep sense of respect for themselves. They won't generally walk around with their nose high in the air or look down at you (as would the other signs) but you try to disrespect one and you'll know what I mean.

Ass-trologically speaking a Virgo isn't hindered with the conceitedness of the Leo (flatter one, win them over then step all over them repeatedly) The Virgo isn't so bound as would be the Scorpio to be overruled by their emotions, passion, obssesion etc. resulting in the loss of pride (people of this sign are especially vulnerable to sinking realllll low once their emotions got the best of them, they may eventually sting you back but not before having let themselves been stepped all over repeatedly) And Aries, with its bad temperament might have an outburst but will forget all too quickly and allow more trespasses, many are ultimately naive.

Virgo is just very grounded and will cut off any loved one who has intentionally disrespected them. Love won't get in the way of it, they respect themselves too much. Not saying they are impenetrable but being emotionally detached (in certain cases) IS one of their fortes.
