what makes scorpios so attractive? i am one and cant figure it out
scorp attraction

Being a Scorpio is both a gift and a curse, an addiction. We are a drug, once you are addicted, we will bring you up on the highest high, a state of euphoria, heaven's nectar, we will become your entire world. We are a drug, once you are in withdrawal, we will bring you down to the lowest low, a state of dysphoria, hell's pit, we will become your entire world. We envelope you in any and every way, in darkness and light. Love us or Hate us, two sides of the same coin, but you will never be able to abandon us, we haunt your minds, your thoughts, your emotions. . . forever.

Death..so how do you guys look at death and how do you handle it?
As a part of a cycle, we die all the time as we shed our many layers again and again in life, many cocoons until a butterfly emerges. Death is never an end, it is closing one door so we can open another, it is a tool for us to pursue on further into our own self-discovery journey.

So know this, how do you live your life?click to expand
Let me find it, I wrote a long piece on this previously...

I've started a thread about death but no one was interested. What gives—
I was recently told by young girl that we men are just "babymakers and sex toys". (Not the exact words, but close enough)
Again I ask, what gives—

^ where oh where?
It was here in the Scorp forum. not tooooooo long ago, I think... then again, time flies real fast for me and my
memory isn't what it used to be. (maybe a few people answered but the thread just didn't take off, as I recall.)
I was trying to encourage people to dig into the subject of death as much as they were into the subject of sex.
Naturally, people don't want to talk about death, whether physical or metaphorical and I think it is because they
fear it.

^ im not talking about death in metaphor.
Then I should assume that you are thinking death in the physical sense.
I think I was thinking in BOTH terms in that thread.

id still be interested to read your thread
Thanks, I am just trying to provoke discussion on another side of Scorpio. This forum seems to be chocked-full-of-nutty-sexpots
who think that Scorpio is THE place to talk about "sex, sex, sex" and only more "sex, sex, sex".
It kinda reminds me those cruel experiments done to animals.

So how do you deal with death? ^
Gee that's a huge question. 😄
Let me think about it for a bit. But for some reason I can't help but think physical death is the ultimate surrender and the biggest and wisest lesson any good Scorp can learn is "surrender." Its hard for us.
I will say, that my death experiences have been quite enlightening as to how one grieves. I have grieved a different way with each death which, honestly, I wasn't expecting. So that was good to learn. Also, it has made me, personally, far more open-minded. Because whether we like it or not EVERYTHING ends so trying to have control over everything is kind of silly now isn't it? Just some thoughts.
Ooohhhh Mr F is going to like the turn this thread has taken--and NO WAY am I watching a video about animal testing. Poor kitties and other cute animals. 😢click to expand
No offense intended with the animals. I was merely emphasizing the cruel and unusual punishment of constantly being thought of as a "baby maker and sex toy" with plenty of threads that go along that theme.
We have value in other areas of life, too!
For me... there's a lot of neat stuff to talk about... but hard to communicate other those other areas when the rest of those signs thinks your sign is the smut capitol of the Zodiac.
E, did you know that walls talk—

The individual/personal reports and similar/related will be fun to read.
As to the question, I guess it depends who's holed up in them lololololclick to expand
Could be Jimmy Hoffa.
Nothing at all, we're just people. If anything, we have more potential for being the worst of anything.
Anyone can get caught up focussing on all the taboo things we apparently symbolise but I think it's just zealously falling in lust with something that simply isn't there. Who can live up to such a vast, superhuman, egotistical image; who would believe it as truth and who would want to, both us and others?
I'm aware of the stereotypes and try to strike them all out. The ones that break through that massive wall of self-control and awareness are probably the good ones that I want to keep and they've got nothing to do with being a sex demi-God, magician of death, human magnet fucking whatever; they're more to do with forgiveness, acceptance and empathy, and the huge amount of will required to constantly and patiently maintain them. It's not attractive, it's a massive pain in the ass to try and keep the balance on the good side, especially in relationships where emotions are rampant and the worst of it tends to rear its ugly head.
Oh yeh, we occasionally suffer from very truthful, gravity-defying black spells that would flatten mountains...can you tell? ^ 😉
