Phrases I hear a lot from my real life scorps(I use them as well):

"So tell me....." Broad probing questions that keep getting more and more specific. To follow.

"Can you believe...." Some kind of conspiracy discussion follows.

"Forget that noise" or (if you are my sister) "FUCK THAT". In the middle of a passionate discussion about something personal.

Oh, here's another conversation I've had with both parents plenty of times while growing up:

*I go to one of my parents as a little Cancer girl, telling them about some problem I'm having...mainly just looking for comfort*

Scorp Parent: "Well, what do you want me to do?"

Me: "I don't know, I just feel like blah blah blah because blah blah blah blah blah."

Scorp Parent: "Okay, well what am I supposed to do about that, Purr!? I can't do anything about that."

Me: "You just don't care about me."

Scorp Parent: (with an exaggerated condescending tone) "Oh, please. Don't be ridiculous. *eyeroll*"

Me: "Why are you being so mean?"

Scorp Parent: "I'm NOT BEING MEAN, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU EXPECT ME TO DO!"

Me: *tears up and runs away*

Scorp Parent: (muttering) "Jesus Christ."

LMAO!! This sounds like MY life...except BOTH my parents are Virgos.. dealing with a young Taurus with SCORP Moon..
EMO-TIO-NAL...MY dad would be the "confused one".. Thank God for my mom's Venus in Cancer..that helped soothe my "emo moments"..lol. as long as I didn't irritate her Aries moon..haha!

I feeel your pain.

Me: "There's no more room in the trunk."

Scorpios: "Let's at least put our bags under our seats so people can't see them."

Doesn't matter how safe the area is or how low the crime rate is, lmfao.

my friend is always "did u lock your car? my laptop is in the back seat"

me: "don't worry, its underneath all my stuff, nobody will see it"

shescorp: "are u gonna buy another laptop?!"

me: "fuck! we're not even going to be here that long!"

shescorp: "lock your car!"

Hahaha, there's no winning with them when it comes to security. They always shout at you if you try to debate with them about stuff like that.

LOL!!!!! That is sooooo me with me kids...my poor kids (Oldest is a Taurus/Gemini cusp and youngest is a Pisces). These postings are soooo on point with us! And the whole "Don't tell anyone" is me too! Guilty as charged!

And the whole emotions/moods and body language?? So TRUE!!! You can tell the mood we are in by our body language. When I'm happy, I jump around, skip around, light on my feet. When I'm in a bad mood..I'm dragging my feet, slumped over and you can read it all over my face. For our sign to be so "mysterious", we are the easiest creatures to read.

Lmaoo. I can relate to all of this!

Here's one conversation I had with three Virgos. I thought one of them was making fun of me, so I got hostile over it. But he wasnt making fun of me.

"Why are you so hostile?" Virgo1

"Yeah, you are pretty hostile" Virgo2

"_____ is always hostile. She thinks everything is out to get her" Virgo3

I laughed so hard (mercury in sag) LMAOOOO. this is when I was in my eagle phase. Thank god I'm done with that.

Also this is me having conversation with my two other friends:

"Its not you, its me. I have trust issues"

i've actually heard these from my male scorp friends...

"his shoes are a size 8. mine are a size 10. what does that tell you..." *crosses arms with smug grin*
btw... my reply was "you have hobbit feet" lololol

(referring to anal) "it's warmer, tighter and more degrading."

"I left the door unlocked so you can kidnap me"
What a bunch of lovable weirdos. I talk to one just because it tickles my brain.

Lol, true.. the thing is that I did usually know when he was upset, but didn't always know WHY he was upset. So then my Virgo brain would kick into over drive (especially if we were out in public) and I'd sit there thinking to myself: is it something I just did/said? Is it something someone around us just did/said? Did something I just did/said trigger some repressed emotional memory? Did someone that he doesn't like just walk in? If so, why doesn't he like them? Is it the actual person he doesn't like, or the vibe he's getting from them? Did he just remember that he didn't lock the door or hide his valuables in the trunk? Should I bring it up, or would that embarrass him since we're in public? And so on and so on ad nauseam ad nauseam.....

So I usually just ended up squeezing his leg and giving him a kiss on the cheek or a smile while in public, and then asking him about it later while we were alone. If he said he didn't want to talk about it, or that nothing g was wrong, I'd just shrug and say I was there for him if/when he changed his mind... which usually opened up the floodgates, but not until anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days later.

^^^^^^^Oh, my God, this!!!!!!

Seeing a Scorp right, now and this entire thought process goes on in my head all the time! Problem is, this guy has expressed that he dislikes it when I read his body language/ask him what's wrong based on it...he tolerates it, but isn't crazy about it at all, whereas I would love it if someone were to do this to me...

^^^^ LOL! yuh huh

my ex said to me recently... "how many hours has it been since we last saw each other?"

AS IF!!!!! He was probably keeping track and checking to see if I was too...

NOPE! Love ya bud and yes I'm sentimental, but I'm not mental.

Scorp to me, when I'M upset: "I love that you always tell me what's wrong when I ask.. Even if you're mad at me, you tell me and are willing to talk about it. I never have to worry where I stand or if you're plotting something"

Scorp to me, when HE'S upset: "Well you should have known what was wrong by my body language!!!"

This ^^ is soo me lol

I'm watching Kitchen Nightmares and it made me think of this thread. Family owned restaurant, two brothers, opening night. The controlling brother get an order he thinks doesn't meet his standards and he starts to lose his sh*t. Gordon Ramsay says: Hey, hey, calm down. No need to lose your head.....I can't understand when someone loses their head.

For anyone that doesn't know who Ramsay is:

Scorpio is standing in front of the Taco Bell in the mall food court, ten feet away from a long line of people in front of the registers, holding a receipt in one hand and a Taco Bell drink cup. Up walks a young woman...

Woman: Excuse me, are you in line to order?

Scorpio visibly glances at receipt, then the drink cup. Then looks up at the young woman and activates the Scorpio Stare (flavored with a little Cappy Rising)

Woman: Oh, I ummm...maybe I should just go over to Chick-Fil-A. Ummm...say that leather coat is nice. It looks good on you...my name is Jennif...

Scorpio reaches up to stroke beard, visibly displaying wedding ring. Activates Scorpio Stare again.

Woman: Uhhhh...yeah....Chik-Fil-A. Sorry....bye....

I can totally see my scorp do both these things if the time's right... but he's a motormouth and will surely spoil the 'stare moment' with either excessive talking or total freeze out. He'd stare alright if it were me asking the first dumb question.

Gordon is really a softey underneath. Big time. I can see it when I watch his BBC shows. Which aren't as staged as the Americanized version.

Geeze, let's try this again.

I agree. Huge difference. I just found the statement funny because 20 minutes prior on the show (Kitchen Nightmares) he was yelling at the owners and the staff for using spoiled produce and serving inedible food. He even asked one of the brothers if he had a pair of bullocks. Lol!

I worked in a pain in the ass retail chain for a few years. I hated dealing with customers and couldn't wait to go on my break to smoke. On one occasion...

*Customer stampedes up to me. I have headphones on and am not wearing a name tag. She totally assumed I worked there cuz I look like a Boss (πŸ˜†)*
Custie: Do you work here?
Me: When I'm not on my break. *Stares off and sips drink through straw.*

Scorp scout leader said today,

"As soon as we're born, we're already dying. Seriously we should mourn birth and rejoice in death. Because at least in death, the person is going to a better place."

Really struck me as a Scorpy thing to say.
