Yes,

Bling is right, they have dark, cruel sense of humour. But I really like that, because I know where it is coming from (their dark side), that's why I find it hillarious. Me and my Scorpio friend are usually on the floor laughing.
As for the first part of Blingys answer, this is only the immature Cancers. The mature ones (eg myself 🙂), are not like that at all, but they usually mature a bit later.
Scorpios are really, really sensitive, but hide it really well, that's why I love them so much. But so are the Cancers, although, much more obvious.

Oh I remember on New years eve, we were about to go out to this club. My Pisces friend had invited a Cancer chick who expected the pisces chick to arrange her travel itinery for her...I can see my Pisces friend getting all worked up trying to arrange all this. So I just grabbed the phone off her and said "look, we are going to a club in Tower Hill, if you need mummy to hold your hand, I suggest you stay in your little bedroom with your barbie doll...if you want to come out, heres the address, make your own bloody way there"

This IS funny, because I have totally different experience.

It is usually my Scorpio friends that WANT to and INSIST on organizing things for me, even though I am more then capable of doing it myself. They just love to take over.

Example: I had a Scorpio girlfriend from abroad to be the guest in my home. One morning, I took the pot to make us some coffee, and she literaly snatched the pot from my hand and did it herself. And it was like that with everything, she loved to be in control.
My male Scorpio friend does similar thing, but it almost smells of protectiveness, however, it is still the part of controlling behaviour.
But I let them do it, because I know they like it, it makes them feel good, but it does feel a bit overbearing sometimes.

Yes, they are emotionally unaware, immature Cancers. But again, it is not sign specific, as a matter of fact, I had many ultra possesive expriences with Aquariuses. These ones turned obsessive, and for one "cool" sign, it was very scary experience.
It all boils down to emotional maturity.
My personal horoscope is air signs heavy (even though I am Cancer), perhaps this is the reason I sometimes need some air/space. But still, evolved Scorpios are ones of my favourite signs, I really get them on this gut level, I simply know where they are coming from.

Blingy, really not passing the back, the guy was obsessive, possesive nutter (realized it too late). And I have a Leo girlfriend, and she told me that the only sign that she had the same experience with was Aquarius.
And as for Scorpio/Libra rising, WOW! My two favourite signs blended into one! That is one fine combination, as far as my tastes go, that is.
I do think that Can and Sco's are very similar, but of course, it is a few, but major differences that set them apart. In general, Scorpios control their emotions so much better then Cancers, but inside they are similar emotional volcanos. Anyway, that's my 2 cent.

In my past, my major attractions were with people who had either Libra Sun/Scorpio everything else, or Scorpio Sun plus some Libra influence (moon, ascendant etc).
I just think that a Scorpio benefits greatly from Libra's more airy influence, the need to look at both sides of things. I really like that combo, but it may be because I myself am a mixture of water and air. Don't know, but you should be happy, LOL.

I have got to add my two cents to this. Scorps are more straitfoward in all ways. We do not dance around things we need to say. Where as Cancers like to play. Both the males and females.As Scorps we have to walk on eggshells or we hurt feelings...

We are stronger than them too. We are the strongest of all the water signs.

We are very emotional but we hide it better than Pisces and Cancers

I don't get along with cancers all too well either.
I can't think of a single cancer-friend.
It's strange. I get everything I read about us and it's not all negative.
I think we are beautiful personalities, like the other 11 signs!
In real life though... a lot of us turn out to be naggin' b*tches, I admit
My grandmother was a manipulative cow, I was afraid of my aunt when I was little (she made me eat big pieces of half-raw carrots she'd dropped in her spaghetti) and my cancer-classmates... *sigh* : DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. I mean,seriously!!!.. Very tiring!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so not like that, and my leo-mate (and many other 😛) agree/s with that!
Also my other grandmother is a very nice old lil' lady. But then again we were born 22 June and 24 June.. maybe it has something to do with the fact that we were born on a cusp?
