I've tried that and I've blocked at least 10 diff numbers. Everytime I'll block one number or one FB page he'll create another one under a different name.

First threaten to go to the police. You can get a restraining order on him. Then Go radio silent. Deactivate your accounts for at least a few weeks. Don't answer any unknown phone numbers. You need to stop his access to your life or this will only continue
