I would say you have a very big chance of getting back with your x if you want to. However I would say woman these days just seem very untrustworthy. They complain about men all the time yet many not all but many fail to play by there own rules.

It really depends. I'm also Scorpio with Cap Venus. I will reconcile with my ex if I really loved her. In my personal experience, I really don't like clingy people and I prefer matured partners. If you've got a chance to be with him again, just tone down you clinginess and everything will go smooth. ?

I would say yes especially if it becomes annoying. I'm sorry to say this but Cap Venus people does not want childishness on people he/she loves.
When both of you got back together, I suggest that you should give him some space especially if he is stressed. Don't feel insecure. People I know with Cap Venus are loyal to their partners, so you should not feel threatened. Sometimes, they just need some time alone. ?
