Scorpio moon....wtf

I can see why this is uncomfortable for the moon. Now granted I've seen and I know scorpios with Scorpio moons, and they handle it very well, very much in control.


But no other element needs to have this moon. They don't know how to handle it. Of course it's intense, it deals with repression, like All water signs but Scorpio sets limits. But the shot ic seen with fire and air signs with this moon, o fuck no, it jus doesn't mix I don't care how many aspects touch what it just doesn't happen. The fire signs HAVE to open up and express, that's their mode of function, let it out. The fire sign I kno with this, very contradicting in nature. Opens up then opens up more about how suspicious they are and then stress about closing off and the stress make the explosions worse. They'll take the simple and make it complicated just by little shot. You either show it or you don't, everything ain't a head game, you don't have to start an argument and burn a bridge when you can keep it real and simple by just saying what's on your mind. But the need to yank their own security from themselves with self imposed insecurities and secrets make them self destructive.

The air sign, just pitiful at times. Over analyzing everything, just like the forementioned. And is an emotional bully, forcing their emotions on others and being extremely manipulative. They take it to extremes I never knew existed.


My fire moon and fiery chart demands you keep it real. Honestly, everyone can't handle Scorpio moons, it has nothing to do with strength, more like tolerance. I've seen water signs with this moon and yea they have their dark side but it ain't like this. The head games, to me are childish. You will never see why this is the moons fall with a Scorpio sun holding it, that's because they know how to actually handle it. but masculine signs, no you eil see exactly why this moon is horrible in Scorpio. Simply because thu sabotage themselves and destroy their own security, too many head games when they want to be nutured and too scared to admit it. And if a secret is held, you can forget it. They will push and pull with no end because the moon is calling for nurturing and the plutonic side is calling out in fear of rejection so you get terrible reactions.


The Scorpios I knew with this moon had pure hearts, put their foot down and demanded and was upfront about their needs. They didn't do dumb shit and start arguments just because they were scared to open up.

I just think it's better for scorpios to have this moon, not air and fire signs, the nature is just too contradicting and the behavior is extremely devious and manipulative and too too too damn sensitive.


That's just based off what I seen with those elements. Met a Pisces with this moon, that's the one water sign that shouldn't have it. I respect scorpios. For Reid strength and will power to keep y'all head up thru tha storm, keep doing that, but your moon obviously ain't for everybody

one can only be so blessed as to have something so awesome as a scorpio moon...

have you considered degrees in your analysis? i have a sag sun at 3 degrees and a scorp moon and mercury at 26 degrees. they conjunct each other, even though there in 2 different signs.. sun conjunct moon is as good as it gets. when the sun and moon out of conjunct, the contradiction that you speak of, i will agree to.

its def a learning process to handle this type of moon, but once youve got a handle on it. i pity the fool.

Beyond insecure so build themselves up to this egomaniac status. They wouldn't know how to tell how someone else is feeling or even really deep on the inside themselves if their life depended on it.

They have made horrible life choices due to their here/there emotions.


I would think that a fire sun or air sun would be able to give the sense and rationalness to the moon. I think water on water is too much personally.

Yea that's what you would think, but in my experience it went wrong. Inner a Pisces with it and he was just underhanded and sadistic. But like u said I knew alot of scorpios with this moon, just much more in control. Hmm yea one of the people I am talking about is a pisces too. Totally underhanded and sadistic. They also have a scorp rising. I love them but sometimes they are just fucking stupid and mean ha. Well I guess I'll have to see about the air and fire suns. I see how what you say though could happen.

Well, I would beg to differ with you a bit, Pride of October. I am a Pisces Sun/Scorpio Moon and I think I handle it just fine. For sure, I did not know what to do with it in my youth and my emotions ran wild on the verge of explosive; but as I have matured and centered myself, I do just fine.

On the flip side, the Scorp Sun/Moon man I am attracted to is so shut down and so afraid of being hurt he has locked his emotions up and is terrified of expressing the truth of his feelings and seems to prefer in his life not to evolve rather than risk hurt through a relationship with me or anyone else.

What's your experience of Pisces with Scorp Moon? I am interested to hear, maybe I am in denial about an aspect of myself that needs light shed on it.

i think as a sag sun/scorp moon, i embrace my scorp characteristics more easily and express them more easily than a scorp sun/scorp moon.

From what I seen with Scorpios with a moon in Scorpio also is way different from the other two. The other two are scared to get hurt yet yearn contact with people yet can't relate to them because their own inner feats of being hurt so they just make their own turmoil in the end and somehow never take the blame. Maybe it changes with maturity who tha fucc knows cuz I don't. I rather someone just say what they need rather then sabotage a relationship with harsh and meaningless words to destroy your ego cuz theirs is obliterated.


From what I've seen, some of these people I know with it that aren't scorpios are down right evil and mean as fucc to anyone who will put up with them


The Pisces u knew, he did change for tue better but the most underhanded thing he did was cheat on his girlfriend with her best friend, what kind of shot is that.

Well, I agree with you, I think it is a maturity thing with the Pisces Sun/Scorp moon. I used to obliterate people with my words but found that left me rather lonely and I got tired of sitting in my own butter. As I matured and got a better understanding of my emotions and needs and the dark crap that drives them, I have been able to let go a lot of it and be aware of how I am with people. Instead of playing the banshee out of hell, I am much more direct with people these days but also very sensitive and diplomatic about what I am saying and the impact my words have on another. I am now surrounded with a flood of loving people in my life.

Awareness and the desire to change is the for any challenging planetary placement. Meditation works swell, too!

I think the dark stuff is just not speaking out about their need to be nurtured. Everyone needs to be and deserves to be nurtured but you gotta speak up on em. You can't hold it the fact that your needs aren't being met an then become suspicious and insecure with the person u expect caring from when you won't open up in the first place.


Ive cut my ties with them, just way too much to deal with. If you have it and matured with it, good but others I know with it plate the demon spawn of Satan himself, I swear. But hey to each is it's own

I'm just speaking about out of element signs with this watery, fixed, repressed moon.



Look at what you said, he bottles them in and it may help him of destroy him, either way, he's comfortable with it. He's a Scorpio, so all those dark bottle in emotions he deals just fine with.
But that's not how fire signs function, nor air signs and when you take a Scorpio moon and give it to open, expressive, logical and analytical signs you get twisted ass results, at least in my experience. The fire signs , when they repress it they finally let it all out at the wrong people, and it's rapid and annoying. The air signs just become more insecure and destroy people just to ensure themselves that it's nothing wrong with them, it's something wrong with the world.

If you can show me the gift in that, I can definitely show you the curse

Bottled up is boring. His leg is stuck in cement and he is missing a huge part of life by avoiding relationships. I'm up for some sparks. We agree to disagree... : )

My scorp scorp bottles up his feelings and when he feels like it starts yelling at me like it's all my fucking fault.

Like " I remember that one time you hurt me, I can't even stand to be around my friends anymore all they do is use me blah blah blah " this happened the other night actually.

when he is angry about something at work, he will call me and tell me about it and we will cuss about it together. then i make him laugh and we get back to work.

I am a Gemini with scorp moon. Funny thing is I can see how Gemini signs can appear flighty and superficial. Some of the Gemini profiles and posts I have read made my face turn red with embarassment. It feels like a paradox bc I do have the "dual" personality but I loathe it most of the times bc it really exhausts me and irritates me and it seems like a vicious cycle. That is where my scorp moon plays a role. I try very hard to stay calm and cool and keep the "madness" inside. Sounds schizo im sure, but I like to just think that "it is what it is." That somehow makes me sane. Anyway, I felt compelled to comment bc Geminis get alot of negative comments. While some def deserve it, not all of us do.....thanks to certain moon sign interventions.

My BF is a Libra with a Scorp moon too and I find him to be pretty extroverted with me as well...but he is private with others and gets frustrated with me since I am more like an open book.

Tortured soul, maybe not, buttttt he has very intense feelings about almost everything...& I feel like he has a hard time distinguishing between anger and concern. Either he doesn't understand his own emotions or he just has a hard time expressing them properly.

Although he doesn't have a problem telling me how he feels a certain way about something...he doesn't seem to understand why he feels the way he does, nor does he easily explain his thought process.
He's also very critical of other and gets frustrated easily over other people's choices/actions.

Frankly, all this "moon" talk makes me wanna moon this whole topic. Thoughts, comments, questions, concerns?

I do have a lot of scorpio in my chart, but being a sag I can only keep intense emotions in me for so long before I act out. I'm getting better at letting my logical side take over though and rational why I feel the way I do before I explode.

I am a Virgo and I have this moon. It is definitely no cakewalk. I feel intensely all the time, and I often succumb to suspicions about others. What my moon senses, I over analyze the hell out of. I hide my emotions pretty well though and I tend to try to process them first before I release them. My best fiend and boyfriend are really the only ones who see me breakdown. Either way it can be hard to go around with so much bubbling up inside. I often don't know why I am feeling certain things or how to express them, so it makes it harder to open up to people. Lately my moon has been driving me crazy: feelings of insecurity, deep distrust towards others, ect. But it gives you a backbone for sure and a deep intuition.

Candeh: you hit the nail on the head. I eased all that intensity inside of me by understanding myself better. What I mean is that I write in a journal, and days or even weeks later, I will read those entries. I am sometimes astonished by what I read. It is like I dont know who wrote those words. But what it does is it validates feelings and it makes you feel more and more secure. I call it evolving. I never quite understood journaling, but I accidently did this bc I was going crazy with all my feelings inside. Out of desperation, I just started writing on any sheet that was in front of me and stuffed it into my purse. That lead me to buy a journal. I dont write in it all the time. I have even gone a few months without writing. Anyway, it may sound crazy, but those emotions have to come out somehow. I will not talk to just anyone. It takes me years to open up. For me, processing my feelings by reading feels different. You eventually "get" it.

I have a Scorp moon and I don't feel comfortable with the strong emotions. My friend is Libra with a Sag moon and she can walk away from the emotional stuff real easy. Having said that, I gather the Scorp moon makes me very perceptive, which I am. I think it has some good elements, but I do find the emotions difficult. Compared to my friend though, I can face up to difficult emotions more than she can. She just walks away and avoids, but I can actually front up and face the music. I guess there is good and bad. I have a Scorp Venus too - that probably screws me up too. LOL

He is very critical of others as well mainly his brothers, he has three. They are all Libras. LOL...I thought he was joking when he told me that. His mom and dad would go on a cruise for new years and she would come back pregnant. LOL yea.
he is so hard on them, but i notice they are hard on each other. when ever they are together, i constantly hear them...'Dude thats fucking retarded" or "Did we come from the same parents?"

i see that in my fiance too. he never backs away from a tough emotional situation. that is why i was surpised to hear that the emotions are over whelming and etc. because i definitely dont see where he holds anything back. sometimes i have to tell him, "hun its called diarrhea of the mouth, pop some pepto and be quite". you know because some people, like your friend avoids those situations, he does not like that. i can see the anger stirring in him.

If only my Sag. had been willing to do what you're doing, a great deal of anguish could have been avoided. It's the key to making a relationship between a Scorpio and Sag. work. But the Scorpio has to be supportive as well.

Im an aqua with an 8th house scorpio moon and it is driving me crazy. Its like i dont know who i am. One minute im elated, the next sad then pissed- all of this over nothing. Mine is also conjunct pluto, mars and saturn (all in my 8th). Saturn forces me to wear a straight-jacket, thanks God, otherwise i would have been a raging maniac. I slip out of it sometimes though, lol, its never too safe. Uh-huh

For me everything happens slow, but then it builds up. When it reaches a certain point, i'll take u back in time- history classroom for u. If u did it in 1930, chances are i still remember it like it happened a second ago. And im pissed about it now in 2012, not my problem. Do other lunar scorps bring up the past? Or u deal with things as they happen and move on?
