Don't do anything foolish. Put the Xanax down and step away from the vodka. Your hormones are going crazy because you just had children which may be affecting you right now. Yet, you said that he just cut you off, plans to cut off the phone and stated he just doesn't have feeling for you/us anymore. Someone doesn't just stop caring as deeply as you're say he felt for you and leave his new born twins without some other stuff going on.
