Well, by "training" I mean I'm getting it to adjust to my natural phase.

I don't put heat on it more than once a week, and with weekly deep-conditioning, it doesn't really poof up on me often. Now, several months ago, it was a different story. lol

I really should start deep conditioning/hot oil treatments. I have a real hatred for hair dryers.

A left my flat iron when I went back home a few weeks ago and I thought I would die...but surprisingly my hair and I survived without.

Im awful with hair stuff, its just never been my thing. My hair and I have a love/hate relationship.

Well, I was fortunate enough to have like every female in my family go through cosmetology school.
