Getting to know/ know already
Sounds to me like you're (OP) asking how often and how quickly can Scorpios figure people out ... ?
I say, it all depends... Some people are soo easy to read that you really can tell them what they're thinking and can see their vulnerabilities right away, others not so much.
I feel that at times I have become patient enough, that enough time around certain individuals whom are guarded, that I can eventually read them too.
