Can Scorpios and Cancers communicate telepathically

That and the fact that I told them I was going to try a telepathy experiment which probably made TRY.Do you find yourselves on the same wavelength with others? "Reading" their minds?
...immediate radar of knowing what someone is made of and predicting their words and actions accurately? Daily...and constantly. It's a part of me and won't shut off I assume until I'm dead.
It's bitter sweet, however I wouldn't trade it in for anything....ever!

Mainly with Fish folk and one Bull I know really well. With Crabs I tend to pick up when they feel uncomfortable/upset without having to say anything.

They're quite good at broadcasting that want themselves, too.
In my experience, Scorpios are more disturbed by negative emotions and psychic impressions -- like fear.
Man, telepathy is awesome. But screw that! Telekinesis is where it's at. Moving objects with your mind and a simple thought to get rid of someone for good, who wouldn't want that? But I would choose to have both powers.

Yes, I've definitely experienced the mental connection. Actually, had it happen huge on Sunday with a scorpio friend. I had no reason to feel grumpy, anxious or upset but I felt it and I knew exactly who it was I was feeling it from. It took a lot of concentration on breathing in calm and settling myself and then sending that to my friend to keep it from being too much. I texted, "are you ok? You feel upset." Got a mild and downplayed description the next day of what had gotten him so upset.
I also have this with my Gemini friend but we've been best buds since I was 4.
I abused it today. I should feel bad.

While water placements in the sun, moon, ascendant are intuitive and perceptive, there are many better and specific psychic indicators within your natal chart. Has much to do with Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto as well. If you are interested I would recommend doing some research on your own chart.

Had a very much psychic/telepathic relationship with a scorpio. I'm a cancer. Had it confirmed when she mentioned it before I did even though I knew it was happening a long time ago. It is a strong sense of knowing and feeling of the others energy. Confirmed even more when I visited a psychic, told her nothing, and she described in detail our spiritual as well as psychic connection.
Haven't met many that could relate to this experience so I honestly never bring it up. I don't feel like getting criticized by those that can't fathom anything other than what they know through media, education, govt, etc
