it can range from traveling the world, having a big family, or even just having money and power though it should take more than money for happiness

Scorpius, the PEACEFUL way to happiness would be

(1) to enjoy your family

or

(2) to love your work and think of nothing else

and you can be happy enough to enjoy these only if you are HEALTHY AND MENTALLY AT PEACE BY BEING CONTENT WITH WHAT YOU HAVE 🙂

To own several huge and beautiful houses (like the ones in magazines) in places far away from people where my family and I (will) can enjoy life with inturruptions. Also not have to wait a week to see the next episode of my favorite shows. For someone to give me a foot massage right now.

I would have done the same thing. In fact, I have done the same thing. A whole family of coons moved on the farm a few years back, strewing garbage all over, all the time. They did not last long. Cold-blooded or rational, you decide, I'm not sorry about it!
