Understand what isn't said

Given you guys are a sign of extreme privacy and mystery, how do you expect people to understand what isn't said? When does the guard go off duty and you're open

Ask? I don't volunteer information until I know who I'm dealing with.

Openess takes time. If you're too impatient to let that naturally progress, the door is that way. I'm cool with whatever you decide.

We had plans to travel. Instead of telling me something is wrong with his car changes our meeting time and location. This makes me think he doesn't want to actually go. All I say is ok. We don't have to go. His answer? Don't you want to know why. I ask will you tell me? Something is wrong with his car so now we've got to take one instead of using 2. It seems so easy to have an open conversation. But both of us got emotional. He needs to come off calm and composed but I'm more understanding if I just know what needs to be understood

Mine is Pisces and his is libra. I've learned to not push. I wanted to know but it's best to bring it up at a different time. He's more open when I don't push. If he thinks I took the reason personally; he'd explain it

I thought this was something deeper than a "change of plans."

Hopefully I won't have serious problems. But this happens in different scenarios. I guess it's not that big a deal.

The answer is simple we like our privacy.
