Like a panic attack. I can't breath. I can't move. I don't know what to do. My body goes cold and it would be better to just be dead.
Why do you feel you must know what to do?
Because in a threatening situation, it would be to my advantage to know what to do rather than do nothing. Doing nothing doesn't help the situation nor does it make me physically disappear from the situation.

Actually this fear only happened once when I was a child. I thought I lost my little sister somewhere and I being older was responsible for her.

I'm glad you've been spared of it this much.

Fear is when you're using the bathroom at someone elses house and when you flush....the toilet clogs.
Haven't you learned to pinch it off halfway through?

Ewww no lmao

Practice.

I haven't clogged a toilet in years and I'm quite prolific.

Well it's a problem that I haven't encountered in many many years, but if ever again I do I'll keep that in mind.

Thank you, sensei.
