It is my huge mistake for thinking you're a cap based on you name while the truth is you are a scorp.

This BAN work based on IP address and MAC address that is why this website know it is you when you make an account again, unfortunately people can use some kind of proxy website to make their IP or MAC address anonymous or use Thor, something like mozilla browser but work the same.
