Usually I see the moon being a bad card and I run away as quickly as possible in that card shows up but if it's clarified by the four of Wands then a lot of the insecurities fears and things that are hidden from Plainview that the person is experiencing is not really founded on this current relationship.
I do believe that things are hidden but it looks like it's more out of personality preference than someone being malicious but I do feel with the Moon that there is some type of shady s*** jumping down but it's workable whatever the Moon is is workable.
You could be dealing with a Pisces or someone with the Neptune influence maybe someone who fantasizes a lot who's addicted to unavailable people or fantasy relationships this card is associated with the mother and unresolved issues with Mom that a person brings and current relationships but it's workable.
