Tattoo design ideas

I want to have both my arms tattooed, a full tribal sleeve on one arm with a more geometric focus.

The other arm I want of images, for the upper arm I have two ideas:

Idea 1: a beautiful woman licking a bloody knife, a "string" of blood connecting her tongue to the blade. This will be a realistic tattoo, mostly grey, her eyes and the blood will be coloured.

Idea 2: a large empty throne, two beautiful scantily clad women are chained to it. The throne sits atop a pile of skulls. This will be a full coloured tattoo.

Which idea do you think would fit the upper arm better?

I will most certainly get both these tattoos done, placement is very important to me however.

By the sound of it, I find #1 to be far more dramatic in a seductive way. I'm sure they both will look impressive, but no1 strikes me as something I'd likely be tempted to take 2nd or even 3rd look at. Meoow

Ok, seems the consensus here from the ladies is for idea 1 to be on the upper arm.

Idea 2 is a bigger design though, would idea 1 not be more suitable for the lower inner arm?

I don't think idea 2 works as a back tattoo, maybe as a thigh tattoo

What about lips with a tentacle tongue? I wanted to get that a long time ago, but my ex said it was too suggestive.

Not really looking for the tentacle, plus the image is very suggestive already.... plus its a memory seared into my brain because I watched it happen.

You don't think 1 could work as a lower inner arm tatt? Or 2 just needs a bigger canvas than the arm?

I think you should be transparent with your tattoos and not go for some extravagant design just for it to be a piece that someone marvels at.

Get a Nazi symbol for your tattoo. You are no different than they were.

I like when lines are very thin.
