His excitement suggests he appreciated the gift, but keeping it at work might indicate he is cautious or wants to avoid overreacting. People show their true feelings in different ways. If you're unsure, consider communicating directly to clarify his feelings about the gift.
kind of weird that your gift is still in the office....could there be someone else that hangs around his home that he possibly doesn't want this person to raise an eyebrow if she see's this gift?
Wait. You didn't say he hadn't unwrapped it yet. I supposed I made the assumption that it had been unwrapped. Instead of asking us. You may want to consider asking him yourself. It doesn't help very much to simply jump to conclusions. After all you two are friends.
not much you can say about it to him without coming off as insecure yet it's a valid observation, all you can do is take his word that he likes it and call it a day...maybe he doesn't really like stuffed animals at all for the exception of the ones that hold old memories from past gf/bf relationships and old childhood memories and doesn't desire to have anymore around the house without looking less than heterosexual (if you get my drift)...just a thought
ROTFL@I can't get past this part: You have a crush on a grown man who plays with dolls....
I have to say I agree. My Taurus won't even borrow my pink water bottle if he leaves his at home when he goes to workout, out of fear someone may think the wrong thing...lol
Seriouly though, how old is this guy maybe u said it and I'm too lazy to read . Taurus man are usually very manly men the whole teddy bear thing seems very non-manly, please don't be offended but maybe you better take it slower and observe a few more behaviors of his....
He dresses them up................ um. Hmmmmmm how odd.
CapW I don't think anyone is judging him but his behavior is odd for a grown mature healthy minded heterosexual male, heterosexual men just don't do this kind of thing such as keeping and dressing up teddy bears, maybe a heterosexual male would keep a bear due to his past relationships or past history growing up but none do I know would actually dress a teddy bear up and as for him liking it, sure he liked it but maybe not enough to take it home so it remains in the office for now, I'm sure at some point he will bring it home, I really wouldn't worry too much about it. I don't sense per your post any signs of him being a liar, odd yes, liar no...let's face it, there are so many women being fooled by a man's sexuality these days, falling in love with men that aren't straight and his behavior really should raise a red flag for you.
Well put Tiki. Capw we are all trying to provide some helpful input not to judge or make you feel bad about who you chose to like but to make you possibly think of some things you might not have considered..

You said he was excited. Sounds as if he liked to the gift what's wrong with him keeping it at work? You know the guy better than we do. So would he just say he liked it, even if he didn't really— If I didn't like it I wouldn't take the time to tell you through an email how much I liked said gift. That's just me though.
