If you really wanted to impress him, you should have been there at 12:45. 🙂 But honestly, that comes across as playing games in his eyes and you weren't serious after he asked 3 times if you were going to come. Why are you testing him already? So of course he has nothing to say now. Maybe he will again soon. You never know. Try apologizing and explaining why you were late and see if he accepts that.

Well being an hour and a half late doesn't seem unintentional to me, it's kind of rude. Would you be mad or upset if someone did that to you?
