Yesterday I saw him walking again, no words, but his eyes omg. They read disappointment. Maybe he was having a bad day, or was it the beach thing?

Lol at the responses. But 90 minutes late? 1:00 means 1:00 to us earth signs. If you really wanted to impress him, you should have been there at 12:45. 🙂 But honestly, that comes across as playing games in his eyes and you weren't serious after he asked 3 times if you were going to come. Why are you testing him already? So of course he has nothing to say now. Maybe he will again soon. You never know. Try apologizing and explaining why you were late and see if he accepts that.
Well being an hour and a half late doesn't seem unintentional to me, it's kind of rude. Would you be mad or upset if someone did that to you?
You know, it was really strange. This morning the sun unintentionally rose in the East.
Seriously, you were an hour and a half late to an agreed upon meeting, without any communication to the other party you were delayed, and then ask if the other party's feelings were hurt?
