how often should you talk?

Ok so how come people don't have phones nowadays? How do keep in contact if you don't have a phone or social media?

How long can you go without talking to someone either in person or phone calls? It drives me crazy when I get ignored. Feel like its silent treatment.

I know a few guys who talk when they want to. They say I am busy with work, tired, or have kids to tend to. Or they don't have phones and constantly asking them to call anyways
