I given up trying to understand!

My friend got my letter (A personal letter). He called me that someday he received the letter. I wasn?t at home. He e-mails me that same day, asking if I can come by, but I already left work so I couldn?t check my e-mail. I called him later that night, no answered or phone calls back. I took the following day off and didn?t check my e-mail until the next day.

I got back to work I e-mail him and told him I was going to call him later that afternoon. To my surprise he answered his phone. I asked him if I can come by later and pick up my CD. He said to call him at 3:30. I called him at 3:30 no answered. Than I called him at 4:00, he picked up his phone. I said is it a good time to come by now? He said, he is about to go to the gym, if I can come by on Friday or he can leave the CD outside his house. I said just leave it outside.

He never mention about the letter. In the letter I stated if he doesn?t want to have a relationship with me, he need to leave alone. The letter was also the honest truth about how much I care about him.

I think when he received the letter that he wanted to talk to me about it, and somehow he changed his mind couple days later and never mention the letter.

I believe he is having some turmoil within his feelings. I am at the point where I have given up. Since worrying about him I couldn?t sleep or eat. Since, I wrote the letter and he received it all of dreams of suppressing my feelings had disappeared. I take what he did by being wishy-washy as a rejection to me. Now, my conscience is clear and I?m moving on.

If anyone has any ideas to what this Bull is doing, if he is struggling within his feelings or whatever??any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Other than that, I?m done with the board. I?m closing this chapter of my life. Everyone on the board who had wrote or answered to the board, I want to say thank you. I understand a lot more about Taurus people, and had saved a lot heart ach because I have understood my Taurus friend a lot more. I wish everyone luck with their journey to love and happiness!

I think you are right, he is struggling with his feelings. From what I know of Bulls, and I have one of my own to contend with....they do not open up and talk about feelings easily. But that doesn't mean they don't have any. You just have to listen carefully to what they say and believe them when they say it, as they are not likely to say it again. It takes a lot of patience to be with one, luckily I am a very patient person. I would say, stick with it if you want to, it depends on how much you need from him, you may not get as much as you want. On the other hand, to not stick with it means you get nothing at all. So you have to decide.

He is a dear from childhood and I haven't given up on him. I done and said all I have to say about how I feel about him on the letter.

But when is inanition is lower; of course while he is drunk, he will call one night and talk about his problems and how much he so happy that I am there for him. When he is sober he plays it?s cool like nothing faze him. That behavior he does really upset and confuse me.

Really, the ball is in his court. I'm going to step way back because I don't know a lot about his past relationships. All I know is that he was very hurt by it.

Should I not contact him anymore or ask how he is doing from time to time? What should I do if he call me one late night, and start spilling his feelings? I want to be there for him, but he limits me and I?m drain from all of this??..

One more thing, if he starts and ends a conversation by calling you ?sweetie?, should I take it lightly because it is just an expression he uses for all his females friends?
