I hear ya - I don't really have your typical family - so I can be all alone sometimes and the world can feel so big, any chance you can you get a cat? 🙂Honestly when this happens, I throw myself into work, I might take a Saturday afternoon, to roll around in my misery and get it all out but I think one of the best parts of being a bull, is our perseverance. We really pull ourselves up and move on. So, be kind to yourself, know your not alone and this too shall pass. Big Hugs!!

Go on your local cities website and look for volunteer opportunities or just Google your city with volunteer opps.
Ex: Volunteering in Kansas City... (or wherever you live). There will be a ton of opportunities. Pick one you think you would be comfortable doing. I volunteer at a couple group homes that have a multitude of volunteer opportunities within them. Tutoring in the women/children's home, preparing lunches for the men's home, serving meals, etc. This weekend we are making Easter baskets for all the low income kids in our community.

volunteermatch.org - can show you opportunities in your area. I'm in nonprofit and I post there all the time for my needs. But since you like dogs, I imagine wherever you are in the world has a need for shelter dog walkers, maybe? If you like dogs might be a good time to get some snuggles in with a furry friend.

I started volunteering on a logistics committee for a 5k run, that benefited abused children - loved it so much I managed to transition careers and have worked my way up in the nonprofit field, and now I run a region for a national nonprofit. But it all started with volunteering outside my regular job, it truly was and is so much fun and I met great people and did I mention how much fun it is doing it. 🙂
I decided to dedicate my life to things that will bring prosperity in my near future - that's my career project I'm supposed to be writing.
Plus I've decided to take up guitar lessons (upgrading my forgotten skills)! 🙂

Even no one have got an idea who's this and what i'm about, but it's not typical for me to complain.
I quit my job (temporarily), split up with the man who has turned out to be a complete cheater and noballs, left a friend who said he loves me, have my family in another country, no dog or cat - just tiny me and the big city. I have hobbies and things I like doing but now I feel a void. Is this feeling familiar to you?
What except the flow of energy in space inspires you to move on and feel complete?
