Taurus men can be cautious and may take time to respond after asking someone out. They value stability and may need to feel confident before committing. Lack of response does not always mean disinterest, but patience is often necessary with Taurus men.
This ask thing is way different for men than it is for women so...
Did he set a time, a place, a date? If he didn't then he did not officially ask you out. If he said we should go to so and so on Sunday but didn't set a time then it's not a date. If he said let's meet up soon then it's not a date, if he said let's go out soon then it's not a date. If he said let's hang out tomorrow but did not set up a place nor nor a time it's not a date.
So the real question is...How did he ask you out? His exact words please.
If he asked you out, set up a place, time and date then he's just a jerk and ditch his number, next.
Thanks for your input. Really appreciate your insights.
Here's our text exchange:
Taurus: Let's Grab drinks.
Me: Drinks sounds good. When were ya thinking?
Taurus: Sometime this week?
Me: Sure! How bout Tues or Fri?
Then, no response....So confused.
What do you think?
lol.
it's not a date. it's an invitation. who knows it turns out date. lol
So for invitation, is it typical for Taurus to invite and not respond? It's weird.
He's probably checking his schedule and will respond later.
It's been over 2wks
Oh.
Did you text him? Something fun, unassuming like "hey, so you kept me thirsty for a bit, how about this saturday?"
If he doesn't respond, forget about him.
So for invitation, is it typical for Taurus to invite and not respond? It's weird.
answer: NO!
Have you ever rejected him before?
Had a similar experience and I don't have the patience for it so it went nowhere and then he went a bit psycho on NYE...I've ended any contact. Can't be bothered with the playing.
You might be different and patient and think he is worth it but after nothing for 2 weeks and there will be many more of that same BS if you are prepared to wait it out then go for gold!
No need to be on the hook for an appletini. Mentally tell him to get bent.
Or if you prefer, next time he asks for your time tell him you need to check your schedule and you will let him know.
I'm a Leo, talking to a Taurus. He tried that with me, then I showed him how it felt. He didn't like it. Now he txt me all the time. I think taurus like the chase. Not to be chased.
how'd ya show him?
Your Screen name is NinaBee2002 and bee22?
By the way,,, how old are you? I know you are Scorpio... thanks for a rush adrenaline, you hit me.
is that because I gave you comment "it's been year and a half and you don't know how long you
spend your time with that A $ $ $ hole and you react"? lol. and you told me to check myself?
Is that you, fellow Scorp?
I stopped texting him. Finally he txt back and I left him hanging for about a week. Then I finally gave in. Now everytime he txt, I don't txt back immediately. I act as cool as possible. Cause if he wants me then he better lay out the red carpet for this Leo 🙂

I know in my case it is typical. I can't even count how many times HE posed the invitation, made the plans, and then made some excuse at the last minute. Then I won't hear from him for days and then out of the blue he will text or something like nothing happened. I can't for the life of me understand this. Because there have been times he actually did show up. I don't get why Taurus men do this..
It depends on what you think it is.

Is it typical for a Taurus guy to ask a girl out and then not respond?
Thanks!
