I guess it would depend on the existing relationship with him. I assume this is romantic, because otherwise what would it matter
If it's a man to potentially date, I would choose to not engage because I don't find that stipulation to be realistic as a requirement and it would concern me that he felt he NEEDED IT, that it's a defining characteristic in how he views women. It also would make me think that he would feel entitled to it and want it very often.
If it's a man you are already dating, it would be a cause for concern and I would likely disengage from the situation.
If it's someone you are in an actual committed relationship with and he is hugely opposed to vaginal sex, I would be crazy suspicious and do anything I could in my power to find out the truth. I have many gay friends, and more men than you'd think get with women, get married, have kids, only to be browsing grindr behind their wife's back.
I would not confront him about anything in any of these circumstances without proof. If he claims to be a straight man seeking women, there is no way you or anyone else could get him to admit it and push him out of the closet. Oookey...here comes another strange shit about my Aries.
