Vomiting only happened for the first few years. Cramps still suck, every now and then get those where you cannot move at all. Birth control helps a lot!

It's normal. All different women have personal issues. Some worse than others.

Try drinking some carbonated water. Maybe with lemon.

Find some herbs. There must be some solution to this.

Maybe eat fatty foods or be on a diet a few days prior.

Also going to a doctor don't ask why do you vomit - and what to do to stop it.

Good luck.

the more i hear how other women experience this time the more glad i am that i don't have any of the side effects at all..

i'm sorry you go through this little fairy. it must be really terrible. *hug*

ha ha ..thanks ....it's the first two days feeling sick ..plus cramps ..but the sick feeling is getting worse or was very bad this month ...

I think gemitati is right about the fatty foods i have heard something about omega 3 fatty acids to reduce prostaglandins they cause the inflamation and pain etc...
