I just go by the reviews. N I never go to the same place twice how much ever I like the cut.The funny part is, idc how they do it.I leave it for them to decide what they're gonna do with my hair n whine for a while everytime after I get it done. I won't even bother to tell them my preferences?
I lol when people use "hairdresser." The only people I hear using the word "hairdresser" are grandmas.
Regarding the OP, Yelp is your friend.
My Gem friend did a fab job working on mine until she went apeshit on everyone and cut ties with all of us. Now I'll have to find someone when I decide to cut my hair. I've just let it grow since then, which is probably like 6-7 inches since then or some ish.
I've found it can be really difficult to find someone who you can just say, "I want this and that done" and they do it right. There are too many bitches out there who are like "do you have a picture you can show me??" Blegh.
