Posted by WarAngel1Yeah I agree. It's usually a sign of insecurity in dudes and I'm happy when it comes out. Makes it easy to spot a jackA##
Nah, just the insecure ones.

Posted by hazeofpixiedustAhhhh I get so mad when I am walking in the streets and men tell me to smile... what? I smile when I feel like it!!!
I'm interested to hear other everyone's take on this...
For those of us girls who are very innocent and sweet looking - do you find that men or people in general are ultra turned off when you finally have to get mean and stand your ground? I've even heard this before "Wow sweet little innocent looking girl, turns mean in a heartbeat" and other such things... Usually what I have said was actually not that bad, it's only when the other person has really crossed a line or just won't drop a joke that is now bordering on being cruel that I'll get serious. If I have felt disrespected for weeks or months on end then I will get mean. I can take a joke very well! Humor is my thang. Bantering is my thang. Outright disrespect and such is not.
I feel like because we have a sweet/innocent look to us, people expect us to never be mad, angry, grumpy, having a bad day, etc... It's kind of like when men tell women to "smile" because they look better that way... but ladies who are naturally sweet looking get this treatment twice as hard. I'm 31 but have managed to keep this look about me still and even though I appreciate it most of the time, this aspect of looking more innocent is really not fun.
Just curious to see input on this! Curious what men have to say about it too...

I don't know if I'm sweet looking. But in henersl peoppe cannot handle me being mean or having an off day. Everyone gets to veva bitch, but if I do ir, it's the end of the world.
