I was gonna come in and say Sagittarius mainly based on how talented and "assertive" they are, but they like the be the star of the show. Libra may be a better answer: thick-skinned and opportunistic, able to comfortably fade into the background while guiding the direction of the group via suggestion

i can see it but also people tend to take advantage of jupiterian energies.
