I have a hard time remembering my past bc I was hit by a drunk driver. He filled in alot of blanks. My bf told me we were together for two years, and that we were inseparable. We were constantly on the go. At dinner he confirmed all of what she had told me without my "leading". He told me all about going through my accident and all of the damaged it caused me, from seizures, to surgery on my face, and knee.
It was neat to hear of the person I used to be but couldn't remember. He is kind, has a great job, and his own life. I am used to being the rescuer and finding the losers. The needy. So, this is like a breath of fresh air. He is always calling and wanting to get together. Christmas was spent with our own families but that night he picked me up and we went to see a local lighthouse that is only lit a few times a year, he remembered my love of trains so he took me to the rail yard he is a conductor at. It was so much fun.
I guess I'm curious about what I should do to make it as good for him as it is for me. The first words out of my son's mouth when he picked me up was at least he has a vehicle of his own. That in itself tells you what types I've been playing with in the past 30 years. Lol
I've learned alot over the years and I love the fact that he brings the same things to the table as I do. A career, a place to live, a vehicle, and our own life.
What should I do to make this happen?😊
