How do you deal with your duality?

So the way I understand it is that we second guess ourselves a LOT. At least I do. For example, I'm so ready to move forward to do something then I stopped and asked is this really what I want to do?

I'm sick of my duality. How do you handle yourselves when your duality strikes? Anyone can relate to this or is it just poor old me?

Virgos tend to listen to their minds, we are logical thinkers and can't help it but I have a lot of libra which makes me indecisive on top of it. What I find works is going with my first decision and sticking with it. Your duality probably bothers you because you over analyze BEFORE you make the decision. People often know the right decision, but are impeded by how people will judge them. Over time I've learned to listen to my gut and to what decision is more at ease with my heart. Mistakes are not useless failures, their opportunities to know more on how to win the challenge the next time around. Plus whats great about duality is that it lets us see two sides to a situation, try to find a way to merge both sides then maybe you'll feel more satisfied with your decision. With my Sun square Moon I've learned to compromise to satisfy both sides.

There is this feeling in me that likes to burst out spontaneity, mostly about good stuff, like a hug, a compliment, a smile, etc. But often times that feeling is override by my other second-guess nature, which usually making me end up intellectualizing everything. I hate it but I can't help it this "what if?". OR other times, I did something out of spontaneity and then kick my behind about it.

this is the way i see it or from my own experiences anyway

how many times have i thought of an idea,held back on it,but for someone else to mention it later and everyone say 'why didn't i think of that'

i think alot of it is a question of confidence,with me anyway
