If he makes an effort in particular to talk to YOU more and ask a lot of questions, or he just seems to be "coincidently" bumping into you just to spend more time with you...
I agree with gttommy, he probably is very friendly to all his colleagues- but if you notice that he is interacting with you more, then he probably is interested...
