It is true for me.
Mainly cause i was always told not to feel stuff.
When I was a boy if i banged my knee on the concrete, i would hear, "dont cry!!! It will stop hurting soon. Men dont cry."
My sister on the other hand, if she fell and banged her knee, she would be told it was okay to cry and act up.
Then when i was a teen I was hurt by a relationship but I was told to move on and not think about her.

Punished for feeling stuff.
And I dont think it just has anything to do with being a Virgo and more with experiencing that no one cares, making emotions worthless and purposeless for me.

Perhaps thats why I enjoy doing monologues, cause I get to feel stuff through others. Its quite cool.
and it makes sense.

Maybe it's often more a question of mistrusting them and keeping them under control rather than dismissing them. I would say that I am a very emotional person but as I am romantically shy I find it hard to express myself in the smooth, relaxed and light-hearted way that most women seem to want and expect.

singasong41:

I totally agree with what you're saying. I'm a Virgo and i do not express my feelings at all. But i do believe that us Virgos have the most emotion out of all zodiac.

Yes, very much so! But like SingASong said, I do it when I'm by myself. I think the older I get, the more I try and not feel what I'm really feeling ... sometimes it's easy, other times it's not.
