Making sure a Virgo feels at home after moving

Hello Virgos!

I came by to seek some insight on my Virgo cousin. First I'll give some background. We??re born 13 days apart and grew up together. We were close, as were our family members (my Mom's brother is her Father). Her Father is very high up in a company that sells precious metals by melting things like old jewelry and scrap metals. Around 8-9 y.o. her Father and their immediate family moved 2,500 miles across country. Afterwards, we saw each other briefly every 3 years or so. It wasn't quality time unfortunately - if we could see each other, it was in consequence of an important event; minimal chances to spend time together. She went to a private boarding school until 18, and then went off to college in the South. From what I can understand.. she had trouble in college and failed out a couple times. I haven't asked her because it's still a bit recent.

Months ago, she moved back here. She's renting part of her Grandfathers home (he started the company mentioned earlier) and has a job at the company working in the Lab. She doesn't know many people our age here (we're both 21). For the past couple months or so, my fianc? and I have been inviting her to see stand up comedy weekly, usually after going out to dinner. It's been fun and I enjoy her company.

Friday I finished up a Clinical Affiliation for school. I invited her to celebrate at the bar with me. It was fun.. didn't realize she could hold her liquor so well! She crashed on my couch that night. The next night she asked me about going to stand up later that night, which surprised me since usually I prompt the conversation to make plans.

She opened up to me about looking for an apartment around the area, and staying here long term (originally it was only short term). The conversation about being roommates came up, too.

I'd like to be able to make her feel even more comfortable here and be able to understand her better. We already get along easily, but I want to make sure it stays that way (or at least as much as I can).

I'm a Virgo sun with an Aries moon. I like people who remember little things I like (for instance, if they recall one of my hobbies - for instance, if I love skating and they take me to a skating ring)..it means a lot to me, because it shows you've thought about me more than a mere casual acquaintance. You're a Leo so it should be easy for you to warm her heart..we love fire signs becuase they can really draw us out of our shells and make us feel ok and accepted (we have a bit of an inferiority complex and times so if we're around positive and happy people, it makes us feel better).

If you get along easily, you already got it made - we rarely feel at ease with people to talk about our dreams and wishes..so if she shares her thoughts and wishes with you, it means she really trusts you and she thinks highly of you. I would keep doing what you are doing, seems you're on the right track. 🙂
