Mental health issues with Virgo ex

For over three years now, my ex Virgo boyfriend has suffered from mental health issues. He was diagnosed as bipolar in 2012 and has been hospitalized twice because of it, and recently, he decided he "wasn't sick at all" and didn't need any medication.
Needless to say, this was a terrible decision and he is now psychotic and has completely lost touch with reality.
WIthout going into details on it, it's a stress both for me (being one of his closest friends) and his family and friends, and he literally is turning against anyone who tries to help him at the moment and isolates himself in his apartment. I really don't know what to do, mental health care in our country refuses to inferfere unless he himself asks for help or he threatens anyone, which he hasn't done, but I fear it won't be long before he does though...

Is there anything in his chart to help? Don't know the time of his birth so this might not be 100% correct but his chart looks a bit like this:

Sorry to hear that.
I was in kind of the same situation when my ex dumped me. I did drugs at extreme, then went suicidal, and locked myself in my room for months.
Finally, one friend of mine made me talk about things that bothered me. Your ex might be too much depressed by his relations.
Hold his hands in yours, SHOW him that no matter what, you are supporting him, then later maybe he might get things of his mind which made him mentally ill.
Now I am feeling great, still miss my ex, but don't beat myself like i used to. Sometimes it takes time to heal from some burdens that he has.

It is just my opinion as a virgo myself. As we open only to those who are close to us.

Then be the good friend that you claim you are, and stop trying to help him YOUR way. It sounds to me like you believe him to be so fucked up that he cannot even handle himself and you try to get professionals involved ... and it's possible that this controlling attitude you have is making hm worse.

People want to be helped the way THEY want help ... not the way you have decided he needs.

And what you "fear" he might do is no indication of what he might actually do .... so, it looks like you're not even running on practical sense.


Try to severe yourself from up his ass ... and actually listen to him without trying to control him.

I've been able to calm him down by doing this before, holding his hand has been great for him, and sort of little things like putting my hand on his lap to try and calm him down, but he snapped completely about two weeks ago when I said the "wrong" thing, that I think he needed help. Not to go into too much details, but his apartment is getting out of hand and is very unsanitary and he's spent all of his money and put himself in debt and stuff like that, and I can't help him anymore, it's too much for me. He just turned on me and has now gotten these paranoid delusions about me being his enemy and is harassing both me and my friends.
It's just such a tragic end, and I don't know how much of it I can take 😢

He has always trouble communicating his feelings, putting words on them, so to speak.. he lies as well, even though he doesn't mean to, and he easily gets stressed out and angry when he feels "let down" by people and when things aren't "going right".. also, his outer persona is very unlike the private self.
He appears to be cool, calm and collected but inside it's pretty much chaotic..
