my doggy isnt doing well. her kidneys are acting up.
im not looking forward to the saddest day of my life, one that will trump the previous one because this time i'm on the other side of unconditional love.
Finding something that will always love you...man, id do anything never to lose that.

Steve Carell, Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones are shooting a movie about 10 minutes from here.

Hug your pets today. Tell them how much they mean to you with a hug.
Never take anything that loves you unconditionally and is loyal, for granted.

You wont find anything in this planet as loyal as your pets. Dont neglect them or ignore them.
Take them to the doctor even if they appear healthy.

Im going to miss my doggy one day and that day will quickly move to the top of the list of saddest days of my life.

@ wgamador2....I'm sorry to hear about your dog. ((((hugs))))

Anybody else feeling extremely overwhelmed? I have no idea why I feel this way....nothing in particular going on that I should. ugh...its frustrating! everyone's all over me about not being myself....even Mr. Cancer said something that really kinda drove the knife in further "maybe tomorrow you'll feel like yourself, instead of this altered person" way to knock a person down...geez

Thank you so so so so so much. My doggy is the greatest love of my life, i just didnt know it.
When she does pass, she will give me the greatest gift anything could ever give me, she will take the place of the person who i still had a place for in my heart, although that person doesnt even deserve a section in it.

Loyalty is gold in my world.
A little dog has taught me how to truly love unconditionally again, after all these years. What a gift.
I cant wait to see my little Samantha. The workday cannot go faster right now.

Thanks for all your well wishes.

Wgamador-try some Reiki for your furry child. It will give him some peace.

Tell me more.

Thanks all of you for your warmth. We had a great weekend with Sammy. The SubQ fluids seem to be working. But as we know, renal disease and failure is not curable. But Sammy isnt suffering and is strong and alert enough that putting her down is not an option right now.
Last night i was very worried about her since she really didnt eat but at 6:30 am she wanted food and water. We have been enticing her to drink water by dipping our fingers in the water and letting her lick them until we guide her tongue in the water. And while she can move fine (just a little weak at times from the dehydration) she refuses to drink and eat.
Since Thursday night, ive gotten a full four hours of sleep as I watched her throughout the night, thank god the insomnia has finally come in handy.
Ill put up a vid if i have time of her from Saturday, her best day so far.
Today she is doing great also. She is home with her mommy.

You can do most anything in England you can do elsewhere. Simply for the experience ride the train, the Tube in London, go to a proper pub. Go for walks in the forest. If you're near a village walk there and soak it all up. Where I was it was beautiful. I'm sure there is more to be had, much more. I'd dearly love to go back.

Why are Depends so expensive? How are the elderly supposed to afford them on their fixed incomes?
They shouldnt have to buy the cheaper, cheaply made ones found in Dollar stores.
With all the paper and money that gets thrown out in this country and the elderly have to spend $ 70 on a box.
