This Virgo Guy drives me Crazy

Recently, I went to see an apartment and I met this Real estate agent.
He very patiently showed and explained everything about the apartment and I liked the apartment so we sat down to see the details eg price, process and etc.
He is a smooth talker and I felt comfortable around him.
Then when I was talking to him, looking into his eyes, his pupils got dilated hugely, which I found sort of cute.

The next time I saw him was when I signed the contract like two weeks later.
I asked him to help me to measure the apartment and he brought a measuring tape and helped me measure all the rooms.
He showed up with a huge smile on his face and greeted me very cordially with warm hug and a light kiss on the cheek.
I tried to focus on what I was doing feeling his stares, then at one moment he said I looked super pretty, out of blue.
When we finished measuring we chatted for a while just about everything - interest, pets, trips, music and so on. He helped me walking in my killer heels walking down the parking lot saying he would come to a rescue in case I fall in them the heels and tucked a strand of my hair away, hugged me twice to say goodbye.
I definitely thought he was interest and was counting the days waiting for home to call me and alas, he never called me!

Having waited a full week I texted him asking if he fancied hanging out, and he said he had to travel. :,( I wished him a nice trip and he said thanks for the invitation so so casually. I was disappointed but it's ok because I am busy myself I rather be rejected than spending my precious time on a stupid guy. So I was nearly over him. Until last weekend when I had to ask him something about the apartment with an equally cold text, to which he answered with such sweetness - saying he sends me strong hugs and looks forward to seeing me soon.

I am so bloody confused and I really really need somebody to help me what the hell this is - what is on his bloody mind? Is he just a womanizer or interested in me?
