Trying to understand this Chick who is an Aquarius

So I met this girl, who is beautiful, intelligent, all the above who im really digging... When she told me she was an Aquarius... All i can think was FML....dont even go there with this girl. Im a virgo female -extremely passionate and intense,the exact oppisite of my Aquarius crush.. So why even go there... well we hung out once and wow.. she was amazing, we held hand briefly(inter-locking hands)... she put her legs in between mine. She was playful bitting my arm(totally turned me on)... she kept rubbing my arms and hands as we sat next to each other... Now im trying to hang with her again and she aloof... i know everything about this sign that's why in the beginning i was like no way... I dont have time to play games. Any suggestions on what i should do cause im seriosly think about throwing up the white flag... before my heart gets invested..
